2. Orders & Payments
All orders must be confirmed in writing (email or online form)
A minimum order quantity (MOQ) may apply depending on product type
Orders are only processed after full or agreed-upon advance payment
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit card, and other secure options listed at checkout
3. Customization & Proofs
Clients must provide correct design files, logos, and specifications
Digital proofs will be shared before production begins
Once approved, no changes can be made
BJRM Sports is not liable for errors in customer-supplied artwork
4. Production & Delivery
Production timelines vary depending on order size and customization
Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of order confirmation
Shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen events are beyond our control
We ship worldwide using reputable logistics partners
5. Returns & Refunds
As all uniforms are made-to-order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for customization errors or change-of-mind
If there is a manufacturing defect or sizing error due to our fault, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will resolve the issue by replacement or credit where applicable
No refunds will be issued for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer
6. Intellectual Property
All logos, designs, and content submitted by clients remain their property
BJRM Sports will not reproduce or share customer designs for other use without written consent
Website content, branding, and images used by BJRM Sports are protected and may not be copied or reproduced without permission
7. Limitation of Liability
BJRM Sports shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use, delay in delivery, or errors in customer-provided content
Our liability is limited to the purchase amount of the order in question
